Performance Nutrition for Youth Swimmers (Ages 13-18yo) 3-Month Live Online Pilot Program

My 3-month course on ”Performance Nutrition for Young Athletes" (ages 13-18yo) will help Parents and Swimmers take out the guess work and understand how much, when and what to fuel & supplement with on a daily basis, during holiday trainings and all day swim meets.

  • Session 1: After my lesson on daily fueling, swimmers and parents will know how much, what and when to fuel daily to enhance each swim practice. Big take away! Calculate your calorie needs and select a predesigned menu template to follow.

  • Session 2: After my lesson on daily supplementation swimmers and parents will have a better understanding on which vitamins and minerals are worth focusing on to boost health and avoid the pitfalls of false advertising , gimmicks and lack of knowledge.

  • Session 3: After my lesson on Holiday training, swimmers and parents will know how much, what and when to fuel daily to match the increase in caloric and nutrient demands during this grueling part of training. The goal is to stay healthy, recover and repair optimally and maximize this period of preparation. Big take away! Select a predesigned Holiday swim menu template to follow.

  • Session 4: After my lesson on supplements for immunity, the swimmer will be able to minimize setbacks and maximize every week of training to surpass their opposition.

  • Session 5: After my lesson on fueling for an All Day Swim Meet, swimmers and parents will be able to know how much, what and when to fuel to enhance swim meet performances and take out the guess work. Big take away! Select a predesigned all day swim meet menu template to follow.

  • Session 6: After my lesson on swim meet supplements the swimmers and parents will understand which products may have value in adding to their swim meet regimen and remove all the anxiety, lack of trust and guess work this area of knowledge creates.
