Soccer FC Cincinnati Academy

When I first spoke with Dawn & SN2Go I was coming off a major ACL knee repair and getting back to lifting and training. I never thought of sports nutrition & testing. My head athletic trainer suggested it. So off I went. Before going, every meal and snack I ate was packaged, fried, or on the go. One of my favorite snacks were Little Debbie products. After all the testing and consult, I was ready to blindly just go for it! I went 150% with what she recommended. I went from 20% body fat to 8%! Gained over 49lb of lean weight in less than 6 months, which she informed was really rare to gain that amount of lean weight in that amount of time. I was faster, stronger and had unlimited endurance throughout practices and soccer matches. Currently I am 6'4 187lb and 8% body fat at 17 years old. I play for FC Cincinnati Academy. I am looking to go Pro! Dawn & SN2Go truly are amazing!
